Racing Homers, Rare Colored Homers

   Welcome to Redleg's Loft.  I currently raise racing homers and rare colored homers. My current racing lines are Frank McLaughlin's Staf Van Reets, Robert Venus "Crussons", David Clausing's, Red Fox Janssens, Blue Miracle and Denis Sapin's (Belgium) Soontjens sprint birds. I also have a rare highflier breed, called Galician Highfliers or "Russian" Highfliers. This is a highflying breed that has been specifically bred to fly at an extremely high altitude, for hours at a time. Well trained highfliers will take flight to the sky and soon will elevate themselves, until they are visibly out of sight. A high powered optic lense would be required to view the birds.


I am also a pigeon genetics enthusiast. I currently raise rare colored homers in Gimpel (archangel pattern), Pale, Dilute and Frill Stencil that originated from Jeff Hitchlock, Parma, OH. I also raise pure whites, black tiger grizzles, andalusians, indigo, spread black, recessive red frill stencil, recessive yellow frill stencil, dominant opal and Barless blue Gimpel.

We offer a Ceremonial White Dove Release service, to the South Western Pa region. This service is offered for  weddings, funerals, engagements or any other special occasion.
